Service Charge
Service charges are applied based on the following categories:

| From 10,000 to 1 million | 5% |
| More than 1 million to 5 million | 3% |
| More than 5 million to 10 million | 2% |
| More than 10 million to 20 million | 1% |
| More than 20 million | Waived |
Eligibility
You can purchase shares if you belong to one of these categories:
- Ethiopian Citizens: Individuals with a valid resident ID.
- Foreign Nationals of Ethiopian Origin: Must have a foreign passport but be of Ethiopian descent, with appropriate identification.
- Existing Shareholders: Those who purchased shares during the initial sale phase before April 11, 2023.
Confirmation
By proceeding, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Share Sale Agreement. Importantly, you confirm that your investment funds come from a halal source.
